BNA CH is deliberately small. The people who scope a project are the people who write the code and answer the phone afterwards.
Virtyt founded BNA CH and runs the company from Lausanne. His background is in travel and media — years spent building and selling trips in the Western Balkans, and working on the editorial and production side of media, before turning that experience into software.
He is responsible for what BNA CH builds and why: scoping client work, deciding which of our own products are worth making, and staying close enough to each project to answer for it. He handles client relationships directly, which is the short answer to why there is one email address on this site.

Drin is the engineer behind BNA CH's systems. He builds the mobile and web applications, the automation that sits behind client projects, and the private AI infrastructure the company runs on.
That includes the unglamorous half: specifying and assembling the hardware, keeping the models served and the deployments repeatable, and making sure the thing still works on the Monday after it ships.
