Who is responsible
BNA CH S.A.R.L, Auguste Pidou 5, 1007 Lausanne, Switzerland, is responsible for the processing described here. You can reach us at virtyt@bnach.ch.
What we collect
When you write to us. The name, email address, company and message you submit through the contact form or send by email. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are kept for 90 days for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build a profile of you.
When you use one of our products. What we collect depends on the product and is described in that product's own policy. Where an account exists, that means at minimum the email address it is registered to.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. Your language choice is stored in your own browser so that we do not ask you again; it is not sent to us.
Where processing happens
Client work and the AI processing behind our products run on infrastructure BNA CH owns and operates. Your data is not passed to third-party model providers and is not used to train anyone else's systems.
Website hosting and email are provided by a Swiss hosting provider. If you need the specific processing locations and subprocessors for a contract, a data protection assessment or an audit, write to us and we will provide them.
Legal basis and retention
We process contact data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in answering it, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site securely. Correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship requires and then deleted, unless Swiss law requires us to retain it longer.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to virtyt@bnach.ch and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Bern.
Applicable law
This policy is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to a visitor in the European Economic Area, the purposes and legal bases set out above apply correspondingly.
